Buying a room in one order
Furniture supplied as a set rather than as individual items, typically a boardroom table with matching executive chairs.
What buying as a set removes
The height problem. Seat height and table height have to work together, and ordering them from different ranges is the most common way a meeting room ends up subtly wrong: chairs too low, arms catching the table edge, or knees against the frame.
A bundle has already resolved that, which is worth more than it sounds when you are specifying a room you will not see until it is installed.
Where a bundle is the wrong buy
When you need a different quantity than the bundle offers, or when the room already has seating. Paying for eight chairs to get the right table is not a saving.
In that case specify separately from meeting and boardroom tables and visitor and conference chairs, and check the heights yourself.
