What it costs, how long it takes, and what happens when the van arrives. Pre-build and installation are available on most ranges.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Charges and timescales depend on whether an item is held in stock or made to order, so please check the product page before you buy.

We deliver to UK mainland addresses as standard.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and international destinations are available on request and are quoted separately. Please contact us on 0208 103 4875 or at info@officefurniturestoreuk.co.uk before ordering so we can confirm the cost and the timescale.

Orders placed before 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, are processed the same working day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, are processed the next working day.

"Working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Our delivery service operates 8am to 6pm.

Orders under £30 carry a £5 delivery surcharge, and orders of fewer than four items carry a £15 minimum order charge. Both are shown at checkout before you pay.

All delivery, pre-build and installation charges on this page are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout at the prevailing rate.

Made-to-order items are produced for your order, so they take longer. Delivery is included at no charge, but please plan around these lead times:

Most furniture is delivered flat-packed unless the product page says otherwise.

Delivery is made to your main access point or kerbside, depending on the product and the quantity. That means the driver will not carry goods into your building, upstairs, or to a particular room unless you have bought a pre-build or installation service.

Seating can be delivered pre-built and ready to use straight from the box. Steel storage is supplied fully assembled as standard.

These are optional extras. Prices are shown at checkout and vary by product.

• Pre-build (within 5 working days): from £15 per item
• Pre-build (next working day): from £37.95 per item
• Installation (within 10 working days): from £17.95 per item for seating, from £25.95 per item or per user for most furniture, and from £49.95 per user for sit-stand desking and per item for wooden bookcases and cupboards

Adding a pre-build or installation service to a made-to-order product can add up to 5 or 10 working days to the lead time. This is shown at checkout.

Installation pricing assumes reasonable access, a ground-floor installation or a usable goods lift for upper floors, and suitable on-site parking available between 07:00 and 17:00. If the details given to us turn out to be wrong and our team cannot complete the work or has to return, additional charges may apply.

For safety reasons we cannot install in an area where other trades are still working. Please make sure the room is clear and accessible before our team arrives.

For projects of more than 10 items, or bespoke installation requirements, contact us for a tailored quotation.

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not had a confirmation straight away, do not worry, it is on its way. If anything looks wrong, contact us at info@officefurniturestoreuk.co.uk.

Plans change. If you need to move your order, delivery or installation date, contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If a booked installation is cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice, a cancellation charge may apply. Amendments made after a booking is confirmed may affect pricing or lead times.

Unless we have agreed a longer period with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the day your order is accepted. If we miss that, you may treat the contract as at an end and we will refund you in full.

Where a made-to-order lead time above is longer than 30 days, that longer period is the agreed delivery period and you will have been told it before you order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and to agree what happens next.

Please check your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us at info@officefurniturestoreuk.co.uk within 7 days of delivery so we can put it right quickly.
