Tables that get out of the way
Tables that fold flat or flip vertical for storage, including Impulse flip-top and folding rectangle models. For any room that has to be two things, these are what make the change practical rather than theoretical.
Flip-top or folding legs
A flip-top pivots the surface to vertical and usually rolls on castors, so one person can move it and several nest together against a wall. Best where the room clears often and quickly.
Folding legs collapse the table flat, which stacks more compactly but takes two people and more effort. Better where the room clears occasionally.
Measure the store, not the room
The mistake is buying tables that fold beautifully and discovering the cupboard holds four of them. Work out how many need storing, how deep they nest, and whether the resulting stack fits through the door.
A trolley is worth costing in if anyone will be moving these regularly.
Match the seating
A room that clears needs chairs that clear too. Stacking chairs are the partner, or take the Training Collection where both are specified together and heights are guaranteed to work.
