The mistake worth avoiding
Buying one chair specification for the entire office. It either overspends on rooms used twice a week or short-changes the people sitting down all day, and it is usually both at once.
Spend where the hours are. A finance team at their desks eight hours a day justifies proper task seating; the meeting room next door does not.
